If you are in need of a medical transport I highly suggest you do NOT use this company. My 84 year old father had to be transported from New York to Missouri. I was told by the owner that the van was full sized and spacious; it was not. The minivan that they used, wreaked of cigarettes. The "medical" personnel that was supposed to be present in the van was at best a CNA and did not even know how to empty my father's catheter bag. Very ghetto and ignorant outside yelling out side the business all hours of the night. It is located in a residential area. They smoke in the vehicles and drive reckless.
Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -5 stars. DO NOT ISE THIS SERVICE IF YOU LOVE THE PERSON YOU ARE CARING FOR!!!!!
