Crouse Hospital referred this service. Got a quote of $110. Attempted to pay with two different debit cards. Both were declined and bank froze them, suspecting suspicious activity. Paid in cash and suddenly the rate was $130. No option but to be extorted. Driver had to rely on family for directions to health care facilty. Call anyone else. Crouse should not refer this service.

I needed a receipt to turn into the insurance company, Bill told me a few times that he wouldn't get to me. Finally after four days and threatening to dispute the cc charge, he responded in a very unprofessional way which were followed by a couple of text messages. This guy claims to be the best around the Syracuse area, if he is the best I don't want to deal with the worse. He actually threatened me in one of the texts that I shouldn't mess with him.

If you are in need of a medical transport I highly suggest you do NOT use this company. My 84 year old father had to be transported from New York to Missouri. I was told by the owner that the van was full sized and spacious; it was not. The minivan that they used, wreaked of cigarettes. The "medical" personnel that was supposed to be present in the van was at best a CNA and did not even know how to empty my father's catheter bag. Very ghetto and ignorant outside yelling out side the business all hours of the night. It is located in a residential area. They smoke in the vehicles and drive reckless.
