Where do I start? When we started our journey it was great. Heather and Christy were and are wonderful to do business with. Got the final house plans, signed the papers, and then it went to crap. We were assigned an unexperienced project manager that although he was super nice, he gave every excuse in the book not to fix things. He also cut off all communication with us.
