My husband and I met with the sales department to look over options for our future home. Overall, they were very helpful in talking over the process of getting a custom build. If you are planning on building in this area, I would recommend them.
The showroom was very helpful and had great ideas that we loved. Also, the staff was friendly. We talked with one of the construction managers, Colby and he gave us confidence in the process. We recommend this company.
Had a great experience with the sales team at America's Home Place Columbia, SC. Christi and Heather were courteous and patient with us on our numerous visits to the showroom and very responsive to follow-up emails and texts. When we finally found our land, Amy helped us tweak the final house plans to meet our needs. Looking forward to finishing out the build process.
