I have an old filling that chipped this past week. This filling was from a prior dentist and is probably over 20 years old. In any event, I went to see Dr. Turner and have scheduled a future appointment to get it fixed. It is only slightly sensitive and not in pain, so we were able to get it scheduled later, since they had a full schedule of appointments on the day I went in. My mother-in-law (94) was treated with respect and regard for her immobility. The staff immediately altered its approach so that she would be most comfortable while being treated. After the initial exam, a course of action was presented with pricing. The doctor was thorough and made his diagnosis easy to understand. America's Family Dental was one of her insurance's recommended practices. Now we can see why? A Fine staff of knowledgeable and experienced people.

Rob was excellent. I had a brief moment of pain and he stopped immediately and applied more anesthesia, then waited for it to take effect before starting again

Thank you, it had been a few years since my last cleaning and at AFD office. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was cheerful, attentive and gentle. Dr Turner, as I had remembered, was attentive and kind. I had no major issues, thankfully. I did feel appreciated as client and not rushed through especially because I was only having a cleaning.
