Have stayed there several times. Clean, accommodating, friendly staff. Good location and they put out a nice breakfast.

Quaint New England B&B located on a cobblestone road. Very clean, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Great location! Just wish there was an elevator for our 4th floor room, we did get our exercise😉
America's cup Inn is a quaint lovely and serene Band B place that anyone visiting Rhode Island must stay. Very clean Victorian inspired room, take note there is a complimentary 'high' tea apart from the breakfast. Very homey you feel being transported back in the Gilded age as you moved around Newport it is must recommended place to stay here
What a great place to stay. We were on street level in the heart of Newport!! My only complaint...no ice machine. Breakfast was awesome also.
