America's Cup Inn This hotel is in a good location but thats about it. It's extremely noisy. We were sold a parking pass to the lot across the street. You could not come and go. If you left you didn't always get a spot later. Breakfast was good, rooms okay no TV
RecommendedVery cute place in awesome location. Front desk attendant not friendly and parking situation was sketchy. Slight septic smell in hallway. Other than that we had a nice stay.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the place is very clean
This is the cutest place EVER!! It is very tastefully decorated like the Colonial Era which makes you feel like you stepped back in time a little! The afternoon tea and the breakfast are both amazing! We really enjoyed our stay here and hopefully will be back!

Great stay! Very cozy feel. Comfortable rooms. Tea and pastries at 3 was a nice surprise and the breakfast in the morning had a lot to choose from. Better then any chain hotel. Will definitely be back. Being right On Thames street the price was amazing too!
