The desk clerk has a very nasty attitude. We rented a room for 2 nights and when we got to the room the TV remote didn't work the key didn't work on the outside door. When my wife used the toilet and it stopped up. Call the front desk and the desk clerk said she would take care of it , after waiting an hour we called back and asked if someone was coming to un stop the toilet , the desk clerk said that she would give us a plunger to unstop it ourselves and it was not her responsibility.
