I was disappointed with my stay. Although I was only there from 4:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m., I noticed several issues that left a poor impression. The room was outdated and could definitely use fresh paint and general renovations. The biggest concern was seeing a cockroach in the lobby restroom, which raised questions about the hotel’s cleanliness. I also didn’t feel comfortable with the area surrounding the hotel. check in time is 2p and couldn't check in until 330p! front desk clerk was rude and just said come back later.
Priceline duped us by a Casino hotel and it us Not. Low budget clean room. Mattress was very good but all furniture, Floors, windows and fixtures were worn and needed replaced. Paint was good. Very outdated.... The breakfast was coffee, cereal with thawed waffles and pancakes. We were duped but overall had a safe night.
Crappy hotel, you pay for things that you expect to get and then they don't have it.And there's no way to get what you've paid for and they don't really care about it , as of the writing of this review , the t v changer doesn't work at all , the ice machines been out for 6 weeks , they have not bothered repairing it, i'm\nLooking forward to the rest of my one night.Stay with eager anticipation in curiosity about what else I find that they are deficient in
Some rooms are filthy, some doors don’t lock, & they have a Roach infestation problem seems like in every room some front desk workers are rude & unprofessional if you ask me the entire hotel is ran unprofessionally & poorly not up to part only thing that looks up to part is the lobby area seems like the only professional people here is the housekeeping which were also nice I could go on about my experience here just don’t come here
