If I could give a 0 rating, I would! Needed to cancel our reservation for the end of September- girl that answered the phone said it was booked thru a 3rd party and would not do it - I booked thru their corporate office. She said she would look into it - I asked when was I going to get a call back - she could not tell me - at this point she was looking very shady to me - so I asked for the managers or owners name ...she said it was complicated and that she couldn't give me one - at this point I became very upset and asked fo... read more
I wouldn't even give this place a single star. The rooms are small, the wifi doesn't work. The workers were in their pajamas at the front desk. They treat this place like their home. They have a little child running around the lobby screaming and the parents think it's funny. This place needs to be shit down or bought by an owner that actually cares.. the free breakfast consisted of a single waffle maker with a broken timer, toast and bagels with warm cream cheese.
The first room they gave us the door would not lock!!! The second room they gave us the tv was fussy the sheets had stains on them. ( yuck) I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!! The Wifi didn't work Will never stay there again!!
Wifi was out most all night. The pool was nasty and the room that the pool was in smelled like mold. The room wasn't too bad but the wifi thing is annoying.
