When we checked in we were told our room was across from the laundry and asked if that was ok to which I said yes. I wasn’t told there would be a party in the conference room next door. I was there for an appt I had at JHU early the next morning so I needed a good nights sleep. They played loud music until 11:30 pm and were shouting and laughing loudly right outside our door. Truthfully the most disgusting customer service I've ever received in a hotel. I wrote an incident report, I must give this place 1 star! The sad part is, it's a beautiful inn, great room, but the disrespect was so severe, it's like finding a mess of roaches in your food.
Great place for family and social gatherings. Check it out.
My family drove to Maryland from Chicago and booked rooms at this place. Our family was charged different rates and when asked about it, the attendant could not explain why. We requested a non-smoking room due to two parties in the room having very bad asthma. Once we finally get into our room, you smelled nothing but cigarette smoke and there was an ashtray in the room.......a smokers room!!! The Inn is clean, beautiful and the rooms spacious. We enjoyed our stay there during the VTech May 2016 graduation ceremony
