Absolutely horrific - the man at the front desk was rude, short, unhelpful and over charged us. Walking through the empty dirty halls was beyond creepy and when we got to our room is was disgusting. Pubes around the toilet, you could tell nothing had been wiped down. We even slept on top of the bedding because even that was questionable. If we didn't love the beach we would have turned right around; I would never recommend anyone to stay there and I would NEVER go back. After reading all the bad reviews and comments, I figured I would go ahead and share my experience. I had a lovely vacation, the have some very nice, and caring staff members. A great continental breakfast that includes home made, fresh TO ORDER waffles. Our room was clean, and well stocked. The have a spa, and sauna, and a clean, comfortable, and relaxed enviornment to enjoy your stay in! I would recommend this hotel, and I will be staying here again next time I am in town.
Worst..found a glass meth pipe in my room i have a 1 and a half year old good thing it didn't go in her mouth i found it first
I loved are room very quiet and Kori thanks for going that extra mile. good breakfast she made and thanks for the ideas on where to go. Thanks to you we will be back again thanks paula and john
After booking a room and driving 8 hours in a storm with kids they did not have my room or another room and still charged me for staying even know I had to go get a room at another hotel !!! My friends that stayed said they have never had a more terrifying stay ( bugs in the beds):-(
