That place is awful because of the stuff. I got totally wrong eyed glasses and today I came around 12:30 pm , 2 receptionists sat on the front desk and showed their attitudes, and didn’t able to pull my name, they don’t know how to talk with customers and computer. Such a worse experience and rude front desk receptionist two girls. They made wrong glass as their receptionist says and came for exchange. They started to behave rude. I have been coming here for last four years. This time i feel so misbehaved by these receptionist and I’ll never come this clinic.

I arrived 20 mins early for my appointment which was scheduled for 3:15pm. When l got there, l was told to wait for another 30 mins to get my contact lenses class started or re schedule 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️! Why then did l show up for the appointment? Although that pissed me off, l tried to be calm....30 mins later, after waiting patiently for my turn, l was asked to watch a video......OR RESCHEDULE, like SERIOUSLY...l have a JOB!!! English /Español Terrible experience. I went in for a “free” eye exam with a promotion for affordable glasses and ended up paying nearly $1,000. From the beginning, I clearly explained what I needed (glasses for sun protection, reading, and night driving), yet I was given incorrect lenses.
