I arrived 20 mins early for my appointment which was scheduled for 3:15pm. When l got there, l was told to wait for another 30 mins to get my contact lenses class started or re schedule 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️! Why then did l show up for the appointment? Although that pissed me off, l tried to be calm....30 mins later, after waiting patiently for my turn, l was asked to watch a video......OR RESCHEDULE, like SERIOUSLY...l have a JOB!!! English /Español Terrible experience. I went in for a “free” eye exam with a promotion for affordable glasses and ended up paying nearly $1,000. From the beginning, I clearly explained what I needed (glasses for sun protection, reading, and night driving), yet I was given incorrect lenses. This is the worst store, yelling across the store asking if someone was slow. Uncalled for. Never again, and will be making multiple complaints
Quise darle otra oportunidad a este lugar, llame para ver si alguien que hablara español podia atenderme, Casandra me contesto y dijo que si podia atenderme cuando llegue estaban ocupadas , luego no habia clientes y prefirieron estar platicando que atenderme pues me fui del lugar, porque vi que no tenian intensiones de atenderme.
Es lamentable como es la atención al cliente en este lugar el día de aller me presenté para hacer una cotización de lentes. Había una persona latina en atención al cliente me acerqué a preguntar si me podía atender donde con arrogancia me hizo esperar más de 30 hora para que se pusiera hacer otras cosas y me ignora, tuve que llamar a alguien me tradujera, al igual la otra persona que me atendió hizo una cotización de mala gana no se tomó el tiempo de ver mi seguro cuáles eran los descuento que aplicaban allí más bien me dijo... read more
