This place is absolutely terrible . I have now been waiting 2 weeks to receive my glasses and have yet to get them, so I contacted customer service yesterday to only be told that my glasses were delivered to the store 5 DAYS AGO . This is ridiculous I won't ever be coming back here again.
New Thomasville location is delightful. Staff is the best, with a heavy emphasis on customer service. Takes EyeMed Insurance
My first time ever using America’s Best and im super pleased. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all of my questions and helping me get the best glasses at a very reasonable price. I made my appointment online and to my surprise they had an available appointment the very next day. Dr was very detailed and listen to all my concerns and health and family history and gave me new options for treatment for my chronic dry eyes and sjogrens.
Very friendly and helpful and great quality of glasses
