I don’t typically rate services because as someone who’s worked customer service for years I know some days are hard. But the customer service I received today was so rude and very disrespectful and I will not be back. I feel like I was inconveniencing the gentleman who answered my call just extremely rude and rushed.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Giving this place two stars is generous. There are two women that are helpful and are very kind but all the other staff act as if you are an inconvenience to them. I wanted to return my glasses b/c they hurt, very very cheaply made and the women on the phone acted as if that was no problem at all to come in any time, but when I got there the man with the large brown bread was annoyed by me and EXTREMELY rude didn’t even want to look up my account, I had to ask him if he could look up how the glasses ... read more

I was searching for a pair of eyeglasses that were purple (my favorite color) and had some bling to them. After trying several stores near Lakeside Mall I found a pair of glasses but they didn't have any bling :( Apparently you can't have both so I found a pair at America's Best.) Christina was very helpful in making my selection with the prescription that I have for the glasses.
