Excellent service. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Doctor was vocal about her finding during the exam. Great deals. Efficient. Definitely coming back.
If I could, I would give one star for the doctor one star for America’s best, but five stars for Ariel. So I guess I’ll settle on three. I’ve never been a big fan of America’s Best because of the customer service, and this visit summed it up. The pretest technician was sweet and made the wait bearable, but the actual eye exam took maybe 7-8 minutes, and the doctor barely said more than “better, worse, clearer, not clear.”one or two, When I tried to explain the issues I was having with my eyes, she answered in one or two word... read more
The front staff are rude. We have been there on three different occasions for 3 different family members. Each time same rude, not helpful, entitled acting front end staff. I don’t know if it’s the same ppl or just the entire office’s vibe. Either way, avoid this location if you are expecting any level of customer service.
