Customer service is excellent. Employees are courteous. The process is quick and orderly. They get you in and out, settled and served; all the while displaying a welcoming, personal touch. The frames and exams are a bit pricey though. All in all, a good experience.
Staff, professional and friendly. Glasses came back when expected. Great service.
Cindy our sales person was amazing, very direct, no BS, gave us the estimate since we were paying out of pocket and helped us with the best deals. We were there for a little over an hour between de appt and the other stuff. The man sitting at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.
This was my first time at this location and it was great. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Joe, Ariel, Cindi, Lana and Dr. Alonge awesome job. Thank you again.
