Americas Worst. My daughter is 5 years old. They knew this because they ask the child’s birthday when making the appointment. Also we discussed her being in daycare. When I scheduled the appointment they asked me if she knew her letters. I told him some but not all. He said they would try their best with the appointment and if she could not identify the letters they would refund the appointment. I said ok and booked the appointment for 510pm. They got me in and out very quickly and were knowledgeable. Cyndi was very helpful.
My experience at this location was great! Briana was a great technician/ specialist that helped me with choosing my frames, setting up the best plan for me and helped me stay within my budget. She was pleasant, and she took her time. The customer service at the Knightdale office was A+. Joe was phenomenal and he too had excellent customer service. Your office rocked and I will be back and make this office my Eye care location. Thank you all for my eye care. ShellyJ.
Brought my son in for updated glasses prescription. We had been going to another location previously, but will now be permanently using this one. Everyone was very friendly, informative and polite.
