Ariel is AMAZING! VERY WELL SPOKEN and VERY HELPFUL! Deserves a $10 you ask me.
I waited over 30 minutes, only to be told by the female doctor that she wouldn’t accept my valid vision test, even though it clearly states it doesn’t expire until 2026 and was done at their own office. She insisted I take a new one—are they planning to pay for it? If there are specific requirements, the front desk should communicate them upfront so people’s time isn’t wasted.
Cyndi at the Knightdale office was absolutely delightful and helpful. The doctor was kind and quick.
Nicco helped me with ordering my glasses. Joe delivered my glasses to me, They both took time to answer my questions, made the process seamless, and provided great customer service. Would strongly recommend going there for affordable glasses.
