Poor organization. Had an appointment with them (with Dr. Luong) back in September and was told I couldn't get a contact prescription without trying on the contacts with the doctor present even though I had contacts in the past, she said she would order some for me to try on and they'd call me in 2 weeks. I went the rest of September and all of October without hearing back at all. Dont expect any service once you get your order filled. Glasses were ready for our daughter who lives near Eureka Ca after 5 days. Asked to have glasses mailed to her, which staff agreed to. 2 weeks later, no glasses were received, called and the glasses were still in the store. Went to this business for the expedited making of the glasses as her pair were broken and barely wearable, so was needing them in a hurry. The staff was very kind & professional, office was clean (including their restroom). The doctor is very knowledgeable, warm, professional & went above & beyond (as did the staff) to accommodate my rushed situation. I'll definitely be back & will recommend!
