Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to assist me. Dr. Casey, was very professional and very attentive to ny care. Linda, the store manager was great, she helped bothmy sister and I. I would recommend this store to my family and friends.
Highly recommend this location! Everyone was very friendly and I felt comfortable! There are lots of frames to choose from. I was walked through all the different steps which made me feel like I was in good hands. Christina was very helpful and gave great advice when I came to figuring out the lens for my glasses.
This place should be called Americas Worst Contacts & Eyeglasses. Trying to get your prescription from this location is impossible. I called 3 times asking if they could email my prescription to the email they have on file. They tell me i need to come in, so i come in and they say they cannot give it to me bc its expired. This place protects contact prescriptions better than your bank protects your money. Its not worth the headache, i will never deal business with them again.
