The General Manager Linda was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate such customer service and look forward to returning to this location for my next pair of glasses.
Customer service is welcoming and helpful. However, I was rather confused by the billing process with insurance. The buy one get one at a percent off, doesn't really benefit insurance clients. I was misled to understand that both glasses I purchased would have the same requirements applied. However only one of them had what I requested. I’ve gone to America’s Best for a few years now, but have been regularly getting my eyes checked here over the past 3 years. Dr. Casey is kind, professional, & willing to educate. It is nice to have an optometrist stay at an office & have consistency in my care. The staff are overall pleasant & positive. I met the general manager for the first time & right from the start she was warm & didn’t seem to judge nor push any membership/products on me. Glad to have an America’s Best with this staff in the area :)
