Highly recommend this location! Everyone was very friendly and I felt comfortable! There are lots of frames to choose from. I was walked through all the different steps which made me feel like I was in good hands. Christina was very helpful and gave great advice when I came to figuring out the lens for my glasses.
This place should be called Americas Worst Contacts & Eyeglasses. Trying to get your prescription from this location is impossible. I called 3 times asking if they could email my prescription to the email they have on file. They tell me i need to come in, so i come in and they say they cannot give it to me bc its expired. This place protects contact prescriptions better than your bank protects your money. Its not worth the headache, i will never deal business with them again.
I had the best experience here! The doctor was so kind and really took the time to look 👀into all my concerns. The staff was also incredibly helpful and visionary when it came to picking out frames. I couldn’t believe my eyes at how smooth and friendly everything was. 10/10 — I can’t wait to see them again at my next visit! 👁️
