Crystal and the intake staff were grest
First time at this location in andorra. Staff was very pleasant and extremely nice. Went over everything with you from top to bottom
Customer service is welcoming and helpful. However, I was rather confused by the billing process with insurance. The buy one get one at a percent off, doesn't really benefit insurance clients as much. I was misled to understand that both glasses I purchased would have the same requirements applied. However only one of them had what I requested. Upon return I was informed that it was an additional charge to have the other upgraded.
