Jeffrey was helpful through our entire process. 10/10 Called immediately as my glasses came. He's nice.
One. Staff person, a woman was not knowledgeable. as to what she was doing and when I asked for someone else to service me. She seemed like she had attitude. she had a bad attitude. Also the owner act like he had a attitude because he had to stop what he was doing to help me. When I went to pick up my glasses today i did not feel like I was treated kindly. I have a right to ask for another person. If the person that is waiting on me, it's not knowledgeable of what she is doing.

Very rude manager, not nice to the worker that was helping me pick out my pair of glasses. She was super nice! The doctor was super nice! He was rude and not professional to me. I guess maybe the girl was training? But not right for him to treat her that way. Also entered with my service dog, which right when I walked in he gave me issues about, not being respectful and initially wouldn’t let me just pick up my glasses that I had ordered! Worst experience ever. I came for the advertised 2 pair of glasses with free exam. The doctor suggested a FREE trial for contacts and I agreed. She didn’t explain that the exam would not be free, even though I asked multiple times if there would be no extra charge. They tried to charge me 630$ once I got to the front and was very smug about the misinformation I received.
