Don't go to this location my son is 20 had his eye exam in Jan. when we went to go get the glasses he told them the one was tight and this was normal. He wore then a few times and they didn't loosen like they said so he just wore his other pair all the time until he lost then he went to the store to tell them they told him whoever gave you these glasses gave you kids frames. I visited your store today and was disappointed by the lack of customer service. Staff seemed more focused on personal conversations than assisting customers. The distance I traveled made this particularly frustrating.
Not satisfied with exam. Front staff was more interested in each others business and personal lives than providing focused customer service. Left without purchasing glasses.
Been waiting over a month for my contacts, I then Tried calling was put on hold then hung up on called back and they hung up again
