Terrible service, waited 10 weeks for glasses, called twice then went into store, my glasses were still not there. Never put into system. Even after we called twice and they told us we have them in tge system now. Not. Very unhappy. Pricing also crazy scam
They are really nice and my glasses are so clear and clean and I would definitely recommend this place for everyone I love it so much
They need to call people and let them know, when their glasses are in. I had to call and ask, if my new glasses were in yet. Apparently, they were in for almost two weeks.. Other than that, I love my new glases and I look forward to buying another pair.
I love having the "club" membership for 3 years for pirscriptions BUT their main optometrist at this location in West Allis, WI is the worst. She is very gruff and tells y what u should be seeing. Contacts were ALL WRONG and she never tried to adjust it. Glasses were all fubarred in left eye. U HAVE TO ASK FOR DR BANFEILD. thank God I did ask for someone else that I didn't see b4.
