I went in today to pick up my eyeglasses . I was standing there for about 10 minutes before someone came , the person before me the lady employee ask can she help him . He told her that he was picking up his eyeglasses. She didn’t say a thing to me like , ma’am, someone would be with you shortly, No customer service skills at all !
