I'm so thankful for this store and the lady named Linda (hopefully that's the right name). I leave to the airport tomorrow and really needed my glasses fixed. She fixed them so quickly. No word can really appreciative I am right now.
Today is the third day in a row I've called to ask questions about replacing a pair of glasses I purchased a few years ago. Day one I was on hold for 22 minutes before someone came back on the line. Day two I was on hold for 27 minutes before they came back and currently I've been on hold for 46 minutes and I'm still holding as I write this review. I understand a lot of places are short staffed. Was so excited to purchase my glasses more so because I was finally taking care of me for once which is hard as a mom. I spendt an extra hundred for transitions on my favorite pair. I had the glasses for 2 months before my ex stomped on them. I held on to them for another 2 months never finding the time to see if they could be replaced and also accepting it as another L from a toxic relationship. Won’t come back to this location. My exam was Thursday October 30, 2025. It’s November 13th (2 weeks later) and my glasses still haven’t came. Every time they call they say the same thing.
Angelina was great she definitely gets a 5 start best customer service ever explained everything gave the best advice
