Went for an eye exam, one pair of glasses - nothing fancy or name brand, and one pair of contacts. First impression was the not so friendly lady at the counter- should have just left but went ahead and did the exam etc. After spending $220. (Far cry from the $89. exam and cheap glasses that is advertised ) I picked up my glasses and was asked if I wanted a hard case. Hard case as in a literal 2 cent piece of plastic. Absolutely not one employee smiles or is welcoming
OMG LEX AND ALL THE Staff THAT DAY, the Webster, Holt Road …. Clean store, fun and knowledgeable staff, great selection and buy one get one 40….. bought two without insurance….. Because of their staff!!! Not pushing the most expensive, and I highly recommend!!!!🤓
Apparently if you want an eye exam they only do it over telemed appointments. Didn’t say anything about it until a day before my exam. I’d rather get my eyes checked by a doctor in person. Not trying to deal with the hassle of them messing up my prescription because americas best is too cheap to pay for an onsite optometrist. I’ll be going elsewhere for my exam.
Called this morning for an emergency visit due to pain I was having in my eye. Lex picked up right at 9am when they opened and was able to get me an appointment with the doctor that afternoon. She was so incredibly nice and helpful, and I had a great experience with the doctor as well. He was able to see me quickly, diagnose my issue, give me information that I could easily understand, and even helped make sure that I was able to get my prescription eye drops. Incredible service, highly recommend.
