Absolutely INCREDIBLE! They have the most beautiful selection of frames but better than that is their level of customer service; professionalism and kindness. I loved working with Tikiyah who assisted me- She is AMAZING! and had impeccable knowledge and made the process so easy and pain- free to order both glasses and contact lenses! They are definitely my NEW go to for eyeglasses, contacts and prescription sunglasses!!
My daughter and I are so grateful to have found this amazing optical shop right down the street! Not only is the frame selection wonderful and very budget-friendly, but the customer service is top-notch. The technician crafted our glasses perfectly and incredibly fast. This was the absolute BEST eye exam and glasses shopping experience I have ever had. Tikiya, Dr. Mills, Drew, and Phong were absolutely fantastic!!!! I came in with 3 kids needing exams and glasses, and the experience was so great that I opted to go ahead and get my exam and a pair of glasses as well. They were attentive, pleasant, funny, family-oriented and dedicated to meeting my optical needs. I will never go anywhere else!!!!
