Went in and paid for a contact exam. Have been back 5 times and still have no script. The dr will not write a script for you to order from someone else unless he "confirms" your script.... isn't that what the exam is for?? I have been given trail lenses 3 times now - took a second exam. Dr was not pleased with the result so gave another trail pair and told to make another appointment. I am more then displeased. I will never return to this company.
I was hesitant about going here, but I am on a fixed income and needed glasses badly. I wanted the 2 for 69 deal, but as it turned out I needed special lenses to protect my eye - since I can only see out of one. That would have made the price exponentially higher. Since I called before I went and was assured on the phone that the price would stay the same, the associate and manager worked together to get me what I needed at a price I could afford.
