Today I was not treated professionally at the Westminster location. I explained at the entrance I have a medical condition and cannot cover my nose and mouth for long periods. I was still admitted and filled out paperwork and did the first series of eye exams. Then when I sat before the doctor he refused to treat me or acknowledge my health issues if I didn’t cover my nose for 30 mins no breaks. He is very elderly in age and should not be employed if he is not capable of treating all patients because of his fears. My health ... read more

I had an amazing experience with Jen B. she went above and beyond to take care of my needs and made sure I was satisfied. She was super sweet and patient .Highly recommend!
I’d have to say that I was beyond pleased with my service here. The doctors were great, slight sense of humor but not over the top. Also they didn’t make me feel horrible for neglecting my eyes for so long! Now to my costumer service, Jennifer Bent was absolutely amazing! She was helpful from the time I walked in to make my appointment for the following Saturday to the day I picked up my glasses! She helped me decide for reflective lenses and told me how much they help her. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Got a call that my eyeglasses were ready. Drove 30+ minutes from Gettysburg. As soon as I tried on the glasses I knew the Rx was wrong. The woman waiting on me took the glasses to check them and when she returned she told me they ordered the wrong Rx and needed to re-order my glasses. Don't you think it would be a good idea to check the lenses BEFORE calling the customer to come get them?!?!?! Hopefully the correct Rx is ordered this time...
