First time there, the tech was great. Explained things when I asked. The Dr really wasn't helpful when I asked her questions just referred me out for a specialist. Nice frames and very inexpensive.Overall I would recommend them to others.
I have a BF mother and my daughter got hungry. The sales consultant was very professional and did not blink an eye! He made me feel super comfortable and was very nice! I've gone there once previously and will be going again and again! Plus I was in and out.
Everyone was so nice and there was no wait. The prices are the best around. The doctor takes her time with you to ensure you are happy

I have been going to the Port Richey store as well as taking my children there since they opened. I've never had a bad experience. In fact, I was there with my son today. I had a great experience. It's affordable and the staff in my opinion are helpful and friendly.
Went in to get an exam without an appt since their store front says walk-ins welcome. I was rudely told i had to make an appt and their first opening wasnt until 2 weeks.
Best eye exam I've had the staff was very friendly and helpful and the eye doctor was excellent
Honestly the world's worst service I've ever experienced!!! After 3 visits they want to schedule yet another appointment to do a simple eye dialation which should have been done at first time. The dr. Is extremely rude and very short when asked any questions. It is like since we've spent the money for the 3 year long "club"then we're stuck with coming in multiple times. I personally don't have extra time just because the dr. Didn't do his job the first time! You deff get what you pay for
