Could not have been more pleased with the staff. They took the time and the care to help get my senior friend get an eye exam and glasses. They even volunteered to visit the assisted living center and adjust the glasses when they were shipped there. Definitely 5 stars!
I almost didn't visit due to horrible reviews BUT I'm glad I did. From the call to schedule the appointment to the time we parted ways after I had a great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly. I saw Dr Estrada who was so sweet and attentive and listened to me. My appointment was at 11:50 and I waited less than 10 min before the pretest and maybe 5 min for the Dr. The selection of glasses overall is good and many included in the 2/$69 sale. I'm excited to get my new glasses and contacts and I would definitely revisit.
My partner went to this location after bad and rude services from the Largo location. The staff at the Port Richey location were awesome. From the doctor that completed her exam to the manager making sure she found what she was looking for. They were professional and very curious. My partner (Whitney) was very happy and satisfied. She smiled the entire way home and express how awesome they were. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants awesome service and a great new pair of glasses. :)
THE WORST GLASSES I HAVE EVER OWNED!!!! 1.5 hours past my appointment time, rude person at the table, didn’t want to listen to what I wanted and WORST of all the glasses have some sort of film on them and will not come clean no matter what I do! It’s like looking through fog and also the glasses themselves are cheap the arm won’t stay put it keeps falling down on me and I’ve had to tighten it up 3 times in 2 weeks, Pair #2 you can hear the lens move if you touch it and the arms won’t stay tight!!
