Before entering the store, I was in a disturbing situation. The staff extremely accommodating! Thanks for your support. I have used this location for 4 years now and I will continue.
I didn't even want to give this place 1 star because it is so horrible......never again will I come back to Americas Best....
My husband had an appointment for 2:20pm today. He is still sitting waiting to be seen. Why bother with making an appointment if it's really nothing more than a suggestion? Do you think that people have nothing better to do on a Saturday?
No customer service have a different lens than thay carry called ahead to try to get a trial pair of time for my appointment and than I have to ask the Dr to find her why do you get paid?
This is the 2nd time I have used this location. I swore after the 1st time I would never go back... but when purchasing glasses for a family of 3 it is more affordable. I have never seen a store where the sarcasm and rudeness is such a universal practice. From the time you walk in the door you feel the tension and unwelcome. And cannot grasp the reasoning for the delay on receiving your glasses !! Most eye care facilities provide an ETA of at least a day.
