“America’s Best” lol, all their staff is flat out rude, place is a joke.
Worst customer service ever. Scheduled an appointment in advance only to arrive at the store and it was closed. Nobody answers the phone and corporate headquarters are closed due to a storm that will not arrive until late tonight or tomorrow, The website page for comments has been deleted. Chose this location because the location closest to us had us sitting for several hours after our appointment time and forgot about us. I recommend finding someplace else to get your exam and glasses.

I was allowed to make an appt. on line this morning, only to arrive and be told...the dr.'s NOT in!
It was my first time and possibly my last time, yes the glasses were cheaper but the customer care needs improving and the selection was VERY slim. I paid for an additional test on my eyes that vision works automatically does.
I have to say that I had a very positive review. I walked in about 15 mins before my appointment time and the gentleman and young lady that was at the front counter were very nice and helpful. I was in and out of there in less than 45 mins. Everyone that I seen was really nice!!!
The only thing I can say was the service was great except for the young lady at the front desk was to busy on her phone other than that 2 thumbs up
Mary was very patient with my 12 year old tryin g b to put in and take out her eye contacts for the 2nd time..my daughter is very sensitive and emotional..and Mary took the time to be kind and patient with her..and I truly appreciate it!
