Wanted to say a special thank you to associate Benjamin and store manager Jeff. Thank you for your stellar customer service and friendly store atmosphere! The doctor who performed my exam was very knowledgeable and warm. I came in with a warranty issue and everything was handled in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Horrible. Younger guy kept talking bs to my girls the entire time. Had an appointment to do their 2 glasses special. He directed them to the lenses section and began pointing some out. After the selection, and more bs. The total was well over $600. He should have stated the was a price difference on the lenses and they weren't part of the deal. Nothing was said till he told me to swipe my card. Very very shady. Won't recommend or go back.

Worst place ever I made an appointment and I never even got a confirmation call I get to my appointments and not till after I filled out all my paperwork was I told that I was late to my appointment and that they couldn't help me that they were going to help other people that showed up after me before me which is completely ridiculous worst place ever will never deal with them ever again and I hope they did take care of shredding my information and that they don't pass it around because I think it's very suspicious that they... read more

I recently purchased 2 frames from this location. I have to say you can't beat the prices! The staff was outstanding, everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. The Manager Stephanie was very helpful while picking out my frames and took pride in her job. Also I was told it was going to be 2 weeks for my frames to come in and it only took 1 week! I'd recommend this location to my friends and family for sure! :)

All of the employees were so friendly and helpful. They weren't pushy, and they made small talk during my entire appointment. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, even with having an eye exam and ordering two pairs of glasses. Will definitely be coming here for all my eye needs!

I had an appointment for 11:00a.m. today. At 10:35 this morning your office called and cancelled my appointment. Said "the doctor will not be in today". No other sort of explanation whatsoever. And that's fine. I understand that things come up unexpectedly and his/her personal life is none of my business.
