I've been going to this place for several years. So, so happy with them!!! I've gotten about 10 pairs of glasses from them.... must mean they're great!!! Also, a new young man, Master, is working there now. He helped me & was GREAT!!!!
RecommendedThe customer service I received America’s Best in Dekalb was by far the very best care I have ever received during the eye exam and eyewear purchase process. Everyone from the front desk employee, to the woman who took my order (She clearly reviewed prices and options I was interested in), to the optometrist performing the exam. Most expensive glasses I ever bought - everywhere its posted "buy two pair get free eye exam" - I bought two pair and was charged for the eye exam!! I bought a $59 frame and was told these frames "required" an upgraded lens - so they could never be "59 dollars" - most expensive upgrade for bifocals I ever had. I have bought glasses at Pearl, Walmart, Sears, All about Eyes and others. These were the most expensive glasses ever $500 for two pair (after insurance - I was told they would have been over $600 without). All other p... read more
It has been a month and I still haven’t received the glasses I ordered. I had to call every time for an update on where they were. After two weeks I was told the lab needed the actual frames to cut the lenses so it would be another week. After that week, I was told my glasses were sent to the wrong store. Now I’m being told that my glasses are being remade, and hopefully they’ll be in soon. The only solution I was offered was for me to be refunded and to go somewhere else to buy glasses. I have been going to the Americas Best location in Dekalb since I moved out here 2years ago. I've been to many locations and this is by far the best! The staff is amazing and helpful and the Dr as well. I highly recommend them for all your vision needs!
