I had the most amazing and heartwarming experience at this America's Best yesterday! It was discovered that my glasses from my visit last year weren't made correctly. I was unaware as I had never had to have progressive lenses before. The doctor and staff not only apologized, they gave me an INCREDIBLE discount on my glasses!!! They have earned my business for life and I will tell everyone I know what a wonderful staff they have! Thanks America's Best!!! You're absolutely "America's Best"!!!
It's okay besides the long wait and the fact my glasses would be like $300 for some weird reason. I guess because my vision is so bad, according to the staff here. They should really state that in the commercials so that we don't all think we can get cheap glasses. If your vision sucks, don't come here for glasses.
I bought glasses that cracked and separated. Having a warranty, I contacted them and was told I had already used said warranty. After numerous calls, it was determined that I had not used said warranty and that the claim saying I did was originated before I ever got the glasses.... Now I have the second pair and guess what. They're doing the exact same thing only worse and in 2 places!! No warranty on this pair and America's Best won't even help. Only had this pair for 4 months!! The name alone is false advertisement!!!!
My daughter had appointment at 10:10 and we are still waiting why make a appointment!!!
Yes their prices may be cheaper but when you are setting here a hour after your appointment and still haven't seen the Dr, then it's not worth it!!! The next employee that snatches something from me, I will be escorted out this building!!!! All employees need to learn customer service manners!
I didn't have to wait two weeks to get contacts, because they gave me a free pair before I left
Bad experience. Had an appt at 11 and the Dr kept taking people back that didn't have an appt before my son. Waited over an hour just to get back into the exam room. Even though I have paid for the 3 years of exams we will not be back. Still waiting....
Service here isn't good,ordered 2pairs of glasses pair 1broke day 3,pair 2still hasn't arrived and it's been over a month.will not do business here again.
