my appointment was at 3 we got there at 2:15 very rude gave me a paper told me to fill it out go sit down over there the doctor is not that friendly I would not recommend this to anybody. when an effort does 69 95 two pairs of glasses and a free eye exam cost over $150 so now I'm waiting for my glasses to come in I would not recommend this to a blind cat
America's Best website: 2 pair of bifocals with lenses for $99. Store: no. The eye exam was priced reasonably at $45, but the America's Best website promotes that you can get two pairs of lined bifocals for $99. The whole visit was very upsetting to my son and his dad. The employees were very rude including the manager.
Showed up at 12:43 for a 1:00 appointment. The receptionist was very rude telling me I needed to be there 20 min early and that I needed to fill the papers out fast. As I waited the receptionist berated another employee in front of everyone for giving her my papers I filled out. Got to the back by 2, but then waited for an hour. Finally I left without seeing the Dr. still with people in front of me. I told the lady my appointment was at 1 and that I needed to leave, with no apology, simply said ok. We arrived at 11:48 for a 11:50 appointment, and was greeted very hatefully by the receptionist. She acknowledged us as, “Name?”, with no eye contact. And when I gave her my child’s name she proceeded to go off about how I needed to be there 20minutes prior to fill out some paperwork. I apologized and told her that I was unaware of the early arrival. They def. Need to work on communication skills along with customer service.. The lady i talked to was very rude. This is the second trip i have made up to the dothan center and this time they told me my daughter's glasses would be well over 250 when the first time they told me it would be 2 for 69.99 plus tax and insurance which was what i was returning but to told she couldnt do the 2 for 69.99 deal! Total waste of my time..
Ridiculous. Showed up at 3:03 for a 3:00 appt and they couldnt see us because we didnt show up 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Wouldnt see us after driving from Ozark just for this appointment.
