If you get a bad pair of frames they won't replace them for a different pair , under the warranty you have to get another pair of the bad frames.
my glasses broke, having replacement glasses made, horrible customer serv. they tell me a different story every time i call to check on my glasses. bad vision, no 2nd pair, can't drive at night now & serious headaches without my glasses. they could careless about me or my situation. they say they have no communication with the lab that makes the glasses. that is total bull. i will never recommend this place to anyone and will be moving my business somewhere else. this has been the worst 2 weeks.
I was told I had the first appointment of the day. 4 people were taken back and seen before me. When I asked why the manager wanted to stand there and talk instead of seeing why. Then because I was upset would not even go back and find out. Then told me to leave the store crappiest customer service I have ever received!
I purchased some safety glasses from America's Best here in Dothan Alabama that seem to be disintegrating the nosepiece is melting the legs are melting constantly having to clean the melted plastic off the lenses contacted America's best said to come in they definitely would correct the problem I go in they decide they're going to do nothing they want me to buy a new pair lenses and frames don't offer any discount my prescription is not outdated have not had my lenses a year these glasses were over $300 buyer beware
Dr Jon was decent. My daughter finally saw him 1.5 hours AFTER our scheduled time. Was ok with the cost of the exam. Went to get the glasses- all the sudden $238 for the $69 frames. Paid for it out of frustration. Went back in within the hour to refund everything. Paid for the exam again. Swiped card for payment and for refund. 24 hours later, money not in my account and not pending- 45 min on hold with customer service- "can take 7-10 days to process refund" because "your bank is withholding it". I'd give it 0 if I could. This was the most ridiculous place we've ever been. Charged an outrageous amount for contacts and glasses. Messed glasses up multiple times. Then told us it was the frames fault. We finally had to get a refund and even then they wouldn't refund us what we were owed. Terrible customer service and just all around awful.
Has anyone ever got 2 pair for 69.95? Me and my daughter in law both got ripped off. 200.00 for hers 300.00 for mine, BS , will never go back!
This was my first time ever going here thought I would give it a try. The Dr. was very rude and made you feel like your concerns were not justified at all. Or he talked down to you as if you were beneath him. I will not be going back there again rather go to murrays vision or dobbs even if I have to pay more very disappointed in this experience
