RecommendedMy son had his eye exam done here, it went very well, and the staff were all friendly and helpful and answered all of questions. My son got 2 pairs of glasses, very stylish and hip looking, he absolutely loves his glasses! Eye exam and picking out eye glasses and eye glasses case's went so smoothly and quickly.
bad service and was given the wrong PD number cause i did not buy glasses there. wondering what other info is wrong also??
Very disappointed, have done business at this store numerous times. But this time very disappointed. Had to have glasses that were less than a year old replaced. Ok things happen but when I picked them up didn't notice that they needed some adjustments( big hurry and left) . Went back and the young lady who took care of me, attempted to adjust, but what got me is she handed them back to me with 2 Big figure prints. When I noticed she said oh you want me to clean those. Da yea! She just wasn't into being there. Sad
They were very friendly and helpful during the eye exam and picking out my frames. They told me how much my insurance covered and whether it was cheaper for me to go through my insurance or do the two pairs without using my insurance. U really appreciate this and plan on going back.
Worst place ever. Do not waste Your time. Rude and disrespectful.
Everyone was friendly and Dr was informative. Prices were as advertised. Very happy with my visit.
I feel they are doing a lot of false advertising.
My eye doctor couldn't get my prescription right and had to get lenses remade. When this still didn't work was told to wear a few weeks for my eyes to adjust. After a few weeks still was unable to wear. Was told to check back with my Dr. So when I did, Dr asked if I could possibly be diabetic. So them had to schedule medical doctor appt for bloodwork and had to wait for results. Bloodwork came back normal. And decided to get another opinion with different eye doctor.
