Went in for my annual exam. It was to the point that I was squinting to see as is. The fact that the doctor was on a screen bugged me out. They didn't check either eye to see if one way was better vs the latter. This seemed quite odd to me. After all said and done, got my glasses...I couldn't see any better than before. Ordered my pair of glasses recently. Not to mention that it took almost a month for them to arrive at their store but when I went to pick it up, it t looked like the gentleman was only putting it together, or whatever he was going. I couldnt see because his back was turned to me the whole time. I brought it home, tried it on, and was immediately disappointed. I went to Americas Best in October for an eye exam & glasses there was an appointment available so I had my eyes examined by a young woman whose name was ************************* she seemed to be in some sort of hurry for some reason I got the impression she wasn't all that interested in my eyes I chose a frame once the examination was done and the glasses came in about two weeks when I went in to pick them up I had no trouble reading the chart placed in front of me close up however on coming home I tried using my computer ... read more

Constantly disappointed..from the contacts to the frames. Waiting a whole month for a pair of glasses is outrageous. The contacts are never the right size and extremely uncomfortable. They shift constantly, rip easily and I still cannot see with them. The customer service at the location I go to frequently is 50/50. You never know what you will get. They act nice in person but on the phone , not so much. Save yourself the headache !

We have been going to them for years now my son did his class to put contacts in when we first came over there and they never said anything about it until today after we had already seen the doctor they decided because he couldnt do it in 30 seconds they said he was a new contact wearer blue been wearing them for year now but because they freaked him out telling him if he couldnt do it that to why would not sell ** the contacts with that being said we are never going back over there we simply went to where their doctor went ... read more

Was charged my normal $35 copay for contact exam and decided against buying contacts there as they are cheaper elsewhere. They said I had to pay an additional $35 for the fitting before they would hand over the prescription. Exam does not equal your prescription at this store

I had to wait a long time and I had an appointment. The day of pick up they couldnt find my glasses! I was so disappointed . Not being able to see. I dont want to do business with them again.

Went to Americas best on ******************************** ******** ** ***** on Dec. 13 2022. Gave insurance info, paid what was owed. 1-2 weeks later up glasses, everything ok. 3 months later I receive a bill dated 3/26/2023 of *****. Wrote to them telling them I paid in full and was never made aware I may owe more, nor did I sign saying I was told of this, no response. Got another bill dated 4/25/2023, wrote to a different address about the same thing as the first letter, no response. Now today I receive another bill dated ... read more
