I do not recommend them.I had to have my lenses remade their was a scratch on the lenses.So I waited 2 weeks for the new pair.I picked them up on 6-14-23,I noticed that the right lense is not lined straight its at angle:crooked.I just got them back today now I have to go back.***** the manager was rude to me.
Worst experience ever!! I will not be back. Been going there for 4 years. They screwed up everyrhing from the very get go. Rude customer too.
They dont have what they advertise and my phone number and email were breached through them
********* Worst should be their name. I foolishly paid for a 3-year subscription service that included free eye exams. Every time I asked for a copy of my prescription, they denied it. First they lied and said it was with my papers. When I got home I saw I only had a receipt for the glasses and lenses. I called and they said they could not mail or email a prescription, I would have to go in person. My mom was so impressed with ************************** and the staff there, (cant remember names) so kind, knowledgeable, and thorough that I decided to go.I too, looking for someone closer was so pleasantly surprised that I told my husband and he will be going. Thank you
For the past 3 visits I've gotten the 2 pair with free eye exam deal. I always take a decent amount of time picking out the perfect 2 pairs of frames yet EVERY pair I get after the lenses are put in are NOT the same size frames I tried on in the store. EVERY prescription seems to give me a headache and make my eyes and sense of balance ***** whether it's the incorrect placement of center or just not the right prescription. This was the worst experience I have ever had getting eye wear. Do not waste your time! I was given monthly wear contacts after specifically telling the Dr. I wear daily wear due to multiple infections I got from wearing monthly wear. Her response was "hopefully that won't happen this time!" Then the prescription she wrote was for monthly wear! It is making me choose a star rating but if I could I wouldn't give them even 1 star.

Preys on the elderly. My father and mother (witnessed the conversation) went in holding a coupon, also on their website, about 2 pr glasses for ***** free eye exam. he ended up getting charged ****** and received 1 left and 1 right lense. no glasses. they charged ***** for eye exam and added anti reflective coating for each lense, which he did not request. they then lied to me, when i called, saying he requested to use his old glasses instead of getting 2 new pairs for ***** Yeah, sure, i would rather pay ****** for 1 right ... read more
