I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never EVER had a issue with my glasses or contacts until today . Now let me begin by saying the doctor was wonderful ... This is the absolute worst company I have EVER had to deal with!!! And because I don't make idle threats I did tell the manager there that I would be voicing my displeasure to any media forum I could...... Last year I had to have my eyeglasses remade 3 different times before they were made where I could actually see out of them.
