My son is 5 and has been complaining of vision issues at school. My husband, daughter and I have all had exams at this location previously. I was not thrilled with our experience with my daughter, but due to ease of scheduling I scheduled my son. My husband took him to the appointment tonight. Buying glasses at America’s Best has been the worst experience. Firstly, the people are extremely rude. Second, they won’t tell you that it’s cheaper to buy the glasses without insurance and you’ll end up spending hundreds of dollars over the two glasses for $70. Lastly, you’ll have to get the best anti glare option they offer, over $80 per lenses for them to even be wearable. RecommendedI went to America's Best for myself and my daughters, very reluctantly after reading the reviews but financially it fit my budget. I am so glad I went! The wait did seem a little long but after seeing the eye doctor I found it because he takes time to make sure he gets it right. He was very patient with my 6 year old. Our sales associate Shirley was amazing, very patient while my other daughter couldn't decide what she wanted. She was not pushing a more expensive brand or anything we did not want. Didn't even get to see the doctor. Had an appointment at 9:50, half hour later I'm still waiting and the doctor starts calling back the 10:00 appointment. WTF? I'll go elsewhere, thank you.
Best customer service. A huge shoutout to Frank and his team for working with my out of town dr to get my daughter’s contact lenses. We were in town for a soccer tournament, my daughter forgot her lenses. Without your help she wouldn’t have been able to play. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
