This is by far the worst company that I know. You make your appointment on line then when you get their the dint have one. The chick who sits a the counter is rude as hell. I was on hold with the corporate office for 30 minutes. No answer then the automated person says the is something wrong with some BS. Just like their come a piece of BS.
When the doctor makes the wrong prescriptions for your eyes you will get the wrong glasses every time. Went back to former glass supplier, found in 2012 that my eyes have not changed to the prescription Americas Best came up with , that I waited 2 weeks for, then got the wrong glasses because of. When you go with "cheap" you get "cheap" that includes the doctors too!
I was going to make an appointment to go here but after reading all the bad reviews on Consumer Affairs website, I'm scared too!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RAN INTO. I HAVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 35 YEARS. THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR RUDE EMPLOYEES.
