Had to wait 40+ min to be seen past appt time. Had to call multiple times and go back to store to get prescription, which ended up being wrong. Office staff was rude. I'm out $150 and wasted time, and customer service "is sorry but they can't refund my money but I'm welcome to come back!" Yeah I want to deal with all of that again.
My rx for contacts was incorrect. The employees are rude condescending and just nasty. Terrible place. Stay away from here.
Poor scheduling system and half of the staff is unapologetic when they mess up. I had to wait over an hour just to get fitted for some glasses because the front desk people didn't listen to me repeatedly say I need to get glasses. No apology. But they were quick to take my money to order my contacts. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who cares about their time.

I had the most amazing experience today!! If I could’ve hugged Dr. Andy and the Manager Colene, I would’ve. My previous experience at South Cobb location was horrible and these magnificent people provided me with a completely different one. They listened to me, they treated me with respect and helped correct my vision. Everyone that I encountered from the moment I walked in the door was helpful and concerned. Amazing job!! South Cobb needs to take notes on how to treat their patients
I will never use these guys again. I got progressive glasses and the prescription was wrong so a year later I find out why they never did work for me!! I also tried contact lenses but I have dry eyes and these dim wits did nothing to help me with the problem so I just let that prescription expire on a scale 1 to 10 -0 do recommend them at all.
