This place needs major reconstruction of their employees. Not only are they incompetent, but they are super rude, unprofessional, and beyond under qualified for their job. Make a wise decision and choose Walmart over this place! This location should be shut down and completely restructured before serving anyone else.

You get what you pay for. I know they are an inexpensive option, but I almost lost my vision due to the callous, dismissive and arrogant attitude from the optometrist I saw. After getting a second opinion, I was rushed to surgery to repair a chronic (meaning this was years in the making) retinal tear. I complained about symptoms and they were brushed off. Always be an advocate for you health. Always.

This place has the absolute worst customer service! They do not value their customers. Good luck getting glasses here. You won't be able to see a thing at night or a screen and they will break within months!!!! I'm mad I even fell for the scam!!!
Took too long!! Over 30 min behind on scheduled spots.
To serve people you must care for the people needs. No one knew how to assist me and apparently did NOT care. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes then the call dropped, allegedly! Called back and was connected to manager in which we apparently had a one way conversation because when she was done speaking she hung-up ... Needless to say I gave up and went somewhere else. I now agree with others when they state that customer service is awful down south! #Meh If only I had read these reviews first!
My 15 year old daughter Kamani had an appointment for Contacts & with it being her first time Mr. Stephen was cool and so was the Doctor afterward but Ms. Coleen was AWESOME , she shared her knowledge & personal experience with Kamani, which made Kamani comfortable during her learning session. Ms Coleen definitely has that characteristic that most lack and that's patience .....Thank You
Seriously the rudest receptionist ever!!! She needs to be working with concrete with that attitude. Ijs! Never again!!!
