I brought into the Elmwood Branch, a Rx and was looking to get two pair of glasses. The staff was friendly, kind and treated me as if they'd know me for years. The person who assisted me for about 30 minutes was Breon Ricks. He was so polite and patient. "yes ma'am, no ma'am, and carried a mirror around to help me see myself because I am short. I ended up purchasing 2 pair of glasses from them. I was assisted by Mari (i don't have her last name). Again, the most professional, kind and patient treatment was received.

The Boynton store has an awesome crew they made me feel like I was at home. The person who did my glasses did way beyond her job and it was highly appreciated. I got two glasses she suggested other colors in that frame which I didn't know they came in. Awesome crew I did recommend my friend to go.
Thought the prices were too good to be true. First the eye exam (aimed solely at coming up with a prescription for new eye wear. Hardly concerned about the overall health of my eyes. -- My opinion) was very cursory, and quite short. Less than 15 minutes I would guess. Also, but this is a personal peeve of mine; the doctor and a couple of the other store personnel repeatedly referred to me as 'Dear', 'Honey', 'Sweetie', and other (in my opinion) less than respectful terms...Continue Reading
It was exactly as advertised. I received an eye exam and two pairs of glasses for $69. They said is receive the glasses in 7 to 10 days and they arrived in 7. The exam was very professional and comfortable and the staff could not have been friendlier. They spent a lot of time helping me choose frames and were very patient despite my going back and forth on what i wanted. I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. I went today loved it their but the front desk person could be nicer. Spent 225.00 on glasses for me that's a good price. Has anyone got the high definition lens? I did not due to the add price?
