I made an appointment to have lenses changed from frames I own. was there 3 years ago I was Never advised if my prescription changed or not. I paid for the exam and 2 lenses. Still Unsure If I Needed To Change Lenses Or If Vision Changed. Other Peculiarities. So Will See What Happens When I Go Pick Up Glasses..

My daughter visited the 366 N. Congress Ave store in Boynton Beach, FL on December 18, 2019. She ordered 2 different frames. One more expensive than the other. She was notified that the glasses were available. Upon going to pick them up today , December 28, 2019, we were upset and dismayed to discover that instead of delivering the more expensive frame, they ordered 2 of the exact same. Over priced and terrible quality, no wonder all their glasses come with a replacement plan. I spent $1000 in the store and they have the audacity to send me a bill looking for more money. And funny how that bill arrived just past the return policy. It's a bait and switch practice. They run your insurance and tell you you're all set but it's a lie. I tried calling customer service twice. First time was on hold 20 minutes then disconnected before speaking to anyone. Second time 35 minutes on hold to be routed to a voice messag... read more

I just had the worst experience I have ever had at an eye Dr. I had a 5pm appointment with Dr.Patel, I felt rushed even though I had an appointment,flipping through my eye exam like I was on a conveyor belt (she had two others waiting in other rooms) when I asked if I could get a pair of contacts to wear home,she told me it would take a week to get them,I told her that I was told when I made the appointment that they would be able to give me a trial pair until then,she said,you will have to wear your glasses until then...she... read more

Definitely not the "best". Extremely overpriced and not true to their advertisements. Very unprofessional. I drove out to the store to pick up my prescription after calling prior saying that I would pick it up and when I arrived it wasn't "ready". I had to wait for the prescriber to write it. Why was it not ready in the first place. This is unacceptable. Very disappointing after having been a customer for over 3 years. They won't have to worry about me ever using them again. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.
