Who can say they actually had a good time going to get glasses!? Well.. I can!! Went yesterday to order new glasses! Everyone was so nice and helpful!! They took the time to make sure I was happy and helped me pick out the best glasses for me! Will definitely be going back!!!
I went to the Pontiac location..........the girls in there were great.........not only did they help me out on picking my frames.........they lustined to me.........help me get a good deal on glasses............ THANK U TO EVERYONE IN THE PONTIAC LOCATION �� also the one lady even helpped me get my baby girl fionna roo back......hopefully.......soon...........
Horrible customer service. Not willing to listen to customer on wants. Just a company that is looking to profit. Went two miles Down the road to pearl vision. They did exceptional job and listened and did all to support what I was saying. Their AvAira brand they push sucks balls and not able to return if you buy years worth. Defiantly will stick to a different company.
Great customer service from the beginning of my appointment to the end of my visit. Shannon took me back and she was very nice and professional. Dr Kutinsky was awesome. He was very nice, patient and very knowledgeable. Angela was awesome as well helping me checkout and help me pick out my glasses and help with my insurance coverage. There was even a girl who used to work there Anna and she also helped me pick out glasses. Great experience for me. I recommend this location and I will definitely be back.
Best deal around better than my insurance!! They didn't take my insurance but it was cheaper!!! Going here from now on!!
