I think it is sad that they are so expensive so people without insurance have to go without! going to Walmart now!
Been going since 2013, since fat Amy became boss she made my glasses twice because the doctor messed up on my script then told me she wasn't going to do it again and make me keep glasses I can't see out of and keep my money . ... isn't it their job to make sure their customers can see??? No sorry, what can I do to help, nothing! The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Had an amazing experience here today! I forgot my contacts up at school as I was on a rush for spring break in Florida. 7 days on the beach with glasses was not going to be fun. I went in to hopefully figure something out. I was in and out in 5 minutes with a pair of contacts for the week and a mini contact solution for my travel bag! They were so friendly and easy to work with. Very happy to help and sent me off with a smile! I was very happy with the costumer service displayed and they didn't charge me anything! Thank you!
Everyone is so friendly, the Dr. is very caring and kind. Can't beat the price!
Very poor customer service. Waited 40 minutes past appointment and have yet to see the doctor.
