Was here for almost three hours because the girl at the desk didn't bring my chart back and then a month later when i tried to order new contact lenses they said I hadn't been there in a year because someone didn't put the information in the computer, now I have to take another day of work to have another eye exam! Incompetent!!
Wish this would take pictures so I could post my glasses. Cheap frames and even cheaper lenses. I have worn glasses for 30 years and these ones were scratched beyond being able to see within 2 months. And I bought the polycarbonate transition glasses. Brought to another place to look at the glasses since no help from the store itself and they said cheap material. Never going back here again.
Excellent location. I've visited 3 times so far and everyone has been excellent. Dr. Kim is super easy going and very honest and informative. I'd highly recommend coming here! The sales people are also very laid back and not pushy at all. I will definitely continue to visit this location!
I had the misfortune of visiting AMERICA'S BEST GLASSES, store #5804 in Roseville, MI on 6/13/2017 and was treated so rudely by a male employee, I was practically in tears. This man had no name tag on, just the navy jacket and was working behind the front desk. When I asked him his name, he refused. I would discourage ANY ONE from visiting this store, especially RETIRED STATE OF MICHIGAN employees. This ONE EMPLOYEE refused my insurance without even checking.
This place is a rip off the manager Kelly is rude and condesending.my wife had to return her glasses because she didn't have the anti glare she paid for on the lens, so they talked her into only getting them on one pair. They proceeded to tell her that you don't need them on the one pair just use those to drive at night you don't need anti glare at night. Everything I read online states otherwise not only do they lie to you they rip you off. And they would not refund her for the one pair because it was on sale done with this... read more
