Worst customer NO SERVICE ever!!!!!!!! Had to wait weeks for an eye appt just to be treated like this. Not getting a freaking red penny of mine. Hope you are happy jerks. You lost 2 exams and four pair of glasses. And btw no sweet bugs got in your door while i was waiting on the paperwork you didn't send me like you were supposed to!!!!!

After a terrible experience at the Gainsville location on Dawsonville hwy I was very please with the proessional service I recieved at the Athens location and woud highly recommend them!
Dr was late. Our time is important too. Glasses are no where near the $69.95 that’s advertised. Had an appointment last week but the weather closed the store. They didn’t bother notifying the people with appointments. We had to drive 20 miles, one way, to find out and then didn’t even get an apology. I think we’ll go back to LensCrafters.
I have insurance with Superior Vision. One of the best. Covers everything! America charged me $200 for my glasses. I showed them my coverage and they give me the runaround. I paid them. I went to Walmart a year later with same coverage. Got everything my plan covered including the best lenses and $140 frame that was covered 100% and paid $39. This included a retina scan for $29. America vision will rip you of. The protective scratch coating became foggy after 8 mths. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
I had a wonderful experience. I'm not sure why everyone else was mad or complained in the other reviews. I arrived 10 min before my appointment and was seen immediately. The staff and Dr were all wonderful. And my boyfriend has used this locastion for years he has never had any issues. Yes I ended up paying over $200 for my 2 pair of glasses, lenses and exam but I felt like for the time I was there less then and hour and a half that it was well worth the money and time spent.
