To the staff at NM store Your staff was professional friendly and polite. I enjoyed my visit . My appointment was for 12 i was there 2mins before 12 filled out my papers went to pre examine moved on to examine room oh yea Dr did wash his hands and equipment moved on to fitting table paid for my glasses said thank you and have a good day to staff A GOLD STAR TO NM BEACH AMERICAS BEST STAFF Back in car at 12:40 Thanks again
It's like all of them they suck you in for a free eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses for $ 69.00. And pay $ 214.00 for it all
I had a 3 o'clock appointment and I didn't get seen until 430. The process is too slow and def not what they advertise. Dr. Green is very nice and professional. Loved her! It is cheaper than most places. I just didn't understand how it's cheaper WITH OUT my ins than it is with it!???
I had a very good experience there. From check in to the end , I would say give the one on NMB a shot,,, can't very well speak for the other stores around here
Prices different from what's advertised and computer systems were down when I initially went but sales person very helpful got first frames within a couple days
This place is not professional at all. I had an appointment at 11:30 & waited a hour to get seen by the doctor after a man went to them complaining about why it was taking so long. Then my exam was rushed by the doctor & only lasted 5 mins. Had to pay $79 dollars for an exam for contacts even though I got glasses too & though my exam would be free since I brought two pairs of glasses. Gotta go back for a follow up just to order contacts because they wouldn't give me my prescription until I came back. I will not be going back... read more
