I will never ever come to this place again. Had to wait months to get an appointment show up the day of and said they didn't have me scheduled which is bull but they gave me a trial pair of lenses. Came in to reschedule for another appointment which again was months away and asked for a trial pair of contact lenses (I have moved and lost the first pair they gave me) I have a very high prescription and I literally can't function without contacts or glasses and now all the sudden its illegal to give me some with expired prescr... read more
Business day 10 of waiting for my trial pair of contacts yesterday they had finally got one of my lenses in but now to wait on the other hoping it doesn't take another 9 days I need to be able to see really like the prices and people but I was told it would take a week or so because they didn't stock my prescription because I need toric lenses now it's been 10 days after the day of my appointment and I'm getting more and more irritated.
Not impressed with this place at all. I had an appointment at 2:50. I called them to let them know I was going to be about a few minutes late due to traffic circumstances. I was told by the girl who answered the phone that I had 10 minutes to get there or I would need to reschedule. I told her I would be there in 10 minutes. When I got there someone nicely checked me in no problem gave me the paperwork to fill out. Bless the people who were working this location yesterday. I have never been there before, I was referred to them by several friends because of the great deals and very nice staff. When I got there, they immediately apologized for any waits because they were severely understaffed (not their fault at all). Despite some patrons who were noticeably irritated due to waiting, the staff was still very pleasant and polite and made sure to make each client a focus, not turning anyone away. This was my 2nd exam there. I just paid for my exam and decided to get glasses else where. The glasses I chose would need special lens, and anti glare was 90 which I have to have...that $69.99 quickly added up to well over $200. Not sure I will return.
