Myself and my three boys had appointments here today. I was really dreading this appointment because of my experience here in November 2018 (the staff were incredibly rude and condescending). Today I am happy to report there is a whole new staff who are very nice, helpful, and professional. My only complaint is that they require new contact lenses wearers to schedule a second appointment for “contact class” BEFORE they are given any trial contact lenses. i went in to get new glasses ..had glare issues at night,,,,THE ANTI GLARE GLASSES ARE NOT WORKING ... DO NOT know what the fix is going to be ..but i spent hundreds of dollars ..and my issue is not corrected ☹️
The people are super nice here! And honest!
Very unprofessional. Jerked me around and wasted an hour of my time. Was told they would price match up to 50% last week, go in this week and after wasting all that time they finally tell oh sorry we'll only price match up to $20.00. Manager hid in hey office the whole time and kept sending her minions out to speak with me. Furious to say the least
AB hooked me up , Not only new lenses (mine got scratched at work)but frames too. Thank you AB
Their customer service, front desk staff are extremely rude. I specifically asked how long the wait would be because I can reschedule. She told me one before me when, in reality, four people are in front of me. No reason to lie and patients can choose to reschedule. Both front desk staff are rude. I’ll see how the examiner and doctor’s behave. I guess it’s cheapest eye care but it’s where my insurance is.
My two sisters and I came in for an eye exam, all needing glasses. The staff was great during my appointment, all very friendly. My issue lies with the wait. We all went the same day, same time. One of my sisters received her glasses very quickly. I called to see when mine would be in, she couldn't give me a date or anything, just said she was sure they'd "be in the next day or two" and I still havent heard back.
