RecommendedHad a great visit, staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the Optometrist there, nicest eye doctor I’ve ever had.

The ladies working there responded vefy good to me . But i am not happy when i recieve my glasses the both pairs was in Clear plastic case with 1 small piece of cloth to clean the both of them this is outragious. I am not happy about that all i am very upset .
Everyone was friendly. Prices were reasonable. Looking forward to when my glasses come in. My insurance paid for the exam and one pair. They were pretty sneaky about getting me to buy a second pair of “readers”, then they tried to talk me into transition lenses, scratch protection, UV protection, glare protection - all “doctor recommended” but my insurance wouldn’t cover. But like any business, it’s all about the upsell. Overall my experience was good.
It was quick and easy. Enjoyed my experience. Can't wait until my glasses arrive.
Very disappointed! First of all, you advertise 2 pair of glasses for $69 when it's really $79. Then, the $79 turned into almost $400!! WHAT??? THEN, you all don't take Medicare so I was expected to pay $45 for my exam which Medicare covers all but $20 for. I won't be fooled here again.
I got my eyes examined and bought the two glasses for $69 they have going on in November. Today I broke the stem off the right side of my glasses and when I took them in they said "oh these are the $69 glasses they don't come with any sort of guarantee you'll have to buy a new frame"... so I told them where they could keep the glasses and said even Walmart give you a guarantee and I will never use this establishment again and I will tell anyone who asks go anywhere else...
