I probably won’t be going back. Every time I go the front people are ridiculously slow and don’t want to look for your glasses. The past 2 times I’ve gone to get my glasses, I haven’t received a phone call and have waited the 2 weeks. I went in today and the girl looked it up and found that they were in and they basically got put in the wrong spot which is why they didn’t call me. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. From the very start. The wait time for my exam went way past my appointment time and the doctor was very rude. When I selected glasses I requested just the glasses and lenses, I was billed for coatings I never asked for. While trying to deal with that I waited on hold for 35 and 45 minutes. Hold twice because I was hung up on the first time. When I finally spoke to someone, she also hung up on me. The doctor was great. Didnt get to order my contacts and glasses till an hour and a half after my appt. Just sat there waiting and kept asking if someone was going to help me order. Super frustrating.
Absolutely terrible service. Was told my glasses would be there in 7-10 days and then they would send them to me (I'm 6 hours from this location) called last week and was told they would be sent out the next day. By today, day number 25 I called again. The lady was so rude to me. I asked for the manager to call me back today and guess what....didn't happen. I would never recommend this location to anyone!
I have not been impressed I was originally told my glasses would be in 7 to 10 days from my appointment. I called after 10 days and was told they thought my glasses had came in but wasn't 100% sure and took my number and said they would call and let me know once they had gone through the order several hours later after not receiving a call I called and was told no my glasses hadn't come. Had to wait to long but other than slow workers and even with an appt. having to wait an hour to be seen, it was good.
While the Dr . Was great . The front office staff definitely needs some re-vamping in their customer service skills . They don't acknowledge your presence , roll their eyes and heard you through like cattle . I only went there because their eye exams were cheaper than anywhere else. Definitely would only recommend them at this location if you are looking to save a few bucks .
I had a small problem yesterday but the managers went out of their way to make sure it was taken care of and I left happy.Thanks.
